COMBAT FITNESS!!!! Set in an extremely motivating group fitness environment, Combat Fitness serves as home for cardio and conditioning enthusiasts at Greensboro Combat Sports. The workouts are generally 48 minutes long (3 rounds of 16 minutes each) comprised mostly of cardio, abs and core, butt and legs and finally upper-body exercises. This unique workout utilizes Mixed Martial Arts techniques coupled with traditional calisthenics with a twist to push each individual to their fitness limits. With the timer running, individuals work at their own pace in order to create a more personalized workout. Happy, sweaty faces and upbeat music fill the room and everyone leaves taxed yet feeling motivated for the next class.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 and Saturday mornings at 9
